We deliver your first edit in 12–16 hours, guaranteed or your money back. Revisions are excluded from this guarantee. If we miss the 16-hour deadline, we’ll refund your order in full. Contact us with your order reference.

The clock starts once payment is complete and we have your full brief and usable, accessible footage, plus your final soundtrack if you’re supplying it. If you’ve asked us to choose the music, you don’t need to send a track. Locked links or missing files need sorting before the clock starts.

I work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. New Zealand time. For clients in the UK and much of Europe, that overlaps with your evening and overnight. Send everything before bed and your first edit may be ready the next morning. Exact timing varies with daylight saving; the guarantee is still within 16 hours of receiving everything needed for your first edit.

After payment, upload your original video clips and logos in our portal, or send a download link that gives us full access. Include your final soundtrack if you’ve chosen to supply the music. Include agent details in your brief. Keep the link available until the edit is delivered. You supply the footage; we take care of the edit.

We'll email you a private link to your video package. Open it to download your finished edit and any additional format you've ordered. No extra signup needed. Your delivery link is available for 30 days.

Your base package can be landscape (16:9), vertical (9:16), square (1:1) or portrait (4:5), in 720p, 1080p, 1440p or 4K at no extra charge. For an extra US$20, get the same edit in another format of your choice. We use the same footage and selected package length, with minor framing and timing tweaks where needed. A different property or new footage needs a separate order.

Yes. Add on-camera agent footage to any package for US$10 per order. Supply the recorded introduction, walkthrough or sign-off you want included. This also unlocks the agent-led sequence. Every package includes an address and agent end card; on-camera footage is a separate add-on for every package.

Mostly, yes. In your brief, select the shots you’ve filmed, choose a suggested flow or use Custom order to drag them into your preferred sequence. Add notes, examples or screenshots to guide us. We’ll follow your direction wherever possible, but as the editor we make the final call on what works best with the footage you supply.

Every package includes clean cuts and basic transitions suited to your style: crisp and rhythmic for Dynamic, smooth and subtle for Cinematic, and simple and unobtrusive for Natural. The US$5 creative edit upgrade adds more movement and emphasis through whip pans, push-pulls and speed ramps. Choose one or more effects and leave creative notes; we’ll work them into the edit where they suit your footage and style.

You can supply your own music or ask us to choose and supply it. Select your preference in the brief. If you supply the track, send the final audio file or a direct download link after payment, check that you have permission to use it and make sure it is long enough for your edit.

If we choose the music, you’re trusting our final selection; choosing a different track afterwards isn’t a free revision. With either option, music changes require a new paid order at the full original price, including add-ons. We cut to the beat, so replacing the soundtrack means rebuilding the edit.

We aim to get your edit right first time. A detailed brief, example videos, screenshots and specific notes give us the best chance of matching what you have in mind, especially when we’re working together for the first time. Sometimes revisions are still needed, so every package includes one free revision for adjustments to the original brief. Send one consolidated list of changes for your revision. The 12–16 hour delivery guarantee applies to the first edit only; revisions are excluded. Changing the music, whether you supplied it or we chose it, requires a new paid order at the full original price, including add-ons, because the edit needs to be rebuilt around the new track. New footage, a different property or a new creative direction will need a separate quote.

We save your name, email and project brief to manage your edit. Portal uploads and finished files are stored privately; shared links stay with your chosen provider. Never include passwords or private access credentials in your brief.
